For those in a process of healing or seeking a deeper connection with their inner world, the Inhale retreat offers a more private approach. Honoring the unique unfolding of each individual’s process, these retreats help to retune our internal compass, reimagining how we would like to experience our external reality.  

To ensure a safe foundation, an Inhale retreat begins with medical and psychological screening, from there we begin your preparatory process through a series of journaling prompts and zoom calls. The preparation calls you will have a chance to get to know your facilitators, establishing a relationship founded on trust and openness.

While onsite you will only be joined by a max of five other participants, your sessions with the molecule will be private, as well as your daily integration sessions. Various group activities will help to foster a sense of community and in your downtime you can choose to connect with your fellow attendees, or take time to yourself in introspective reflection in the sauna. All workshops and activities during the retreat are designed to nurture the state of neuroplasticity, literally forming new neural pathways towards your intention.

Life lasting change is one of the main goals of this work, to assist in making this a reality each participant is assigned their own integration specialist from our team, your specialist will be selected based on your unique process and their skillsets. You will work with your specialist for 4 weeks after your retreat and will have the option to continue further if you desire.

• Two weeks of private preparation work done via zoom

Spacious double-story shared occupancy loft room within the main villa, with a garden outlook. Four large beds (two on each level). Shared bathroom.

Spacious, light, and serene private rooms. Spread across two levels of the villa, these rooms have either garden or mountain views, with direct access to the secluded outdoor area. Small ensuite bathrooms or larger bathroom shared between two guests.
